Withdrawal

Select your withdrawal method (bank transfer or e-wallet), enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm your bank account or e-wallet details. Your request will be processed by our team and funds will be transferred to your account according to standard processing times.
Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the method chosen and your account level. VIP members receive faster priority processing. Bank transfer withdrawals typically arrive within 1 to 3 hours during banking hours. E-wallets are generally faster, within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
The minimum withdrawal is RM50 for all methods. The daily maximum is RM30,000 for standard members, RM100,000 for VIP Silver and Gold members, and up to RM500,000 or unlimited for VIP Platinum and Diamond members. Monthly limits also increase according to your VIP tier.
A withdrawal may be placed on hold for several reasons: bonus wagering requirements have not been met, KYC verification is incomplete, bank details are incorrect or do not match the account name, or suspicious account activity has been detected. Contact customer support for a detailed explanation of your withdrawal request status.
